Discover our new prestigious ski in ski out residence in the heart of the Espace Diamant.
The development, harmoniously integrated into its alpine environment, is located on the sunny slopes of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe 1350, 10 minutes from Les Saisies and 25 minutes from Megève.
LES CHALETS KIORA, with direct access to the snow front, consists of 4 units plus an individual chalet of generous proportions. Depending on their orientation, the units enjoy panoramic views of the ski area or the surrounding forest. Most of the resort's slopes converge on the Mont Rond sector, where the residence is located, which allows you to take a short break before putting on your skis again.
This beautiful site at the foot of the slopes allowed us to imagine how to offer mountain lovers a haven of peace in nature, where all the flats have a balcony and a beautiful view.
The multiplication of the roofs follows the typology of the traditional Savoyard hamlets in order to integrate with the very characteristic landscape of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe.
Wide, high windows flood the flats with light and offer a magnificent panorama without overlooking.
The steep slope of the land allows everyone to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
The local stone base and wooden cladding on the facades are reminiscent of the timeless materials of the mountains, and the wide roof overhangs protect the balconies and windows from the elements.
Facing the view of the Grand Paysage, the wellness area is developed on a large, entirely glazed surface, with treatments, indoor swimming pool, salt grotto, manhole, sauna-hammam, which communicates with the outdoor terrace with its bubbling baths, "barrel" sauna and solarium.
The whole complex is heated with wood pellets and all the car parks are integrated under the buildings to limit soil sealing to a strict minimum.
