Discover our new prestigious ski-in/ski-out residence in the heart of Espace Diamant.

The program, harmoniously integrated into its alpine environment, is located on the sunny hillsides ofNotre-Dame-de-Bellecombe 1350, 10 minutes from Saisies and 20 minutes ofMegève. THE KIORA CHALETS, with direct access to the snow front, are made up of 4 units to which is added an individual chalet of generous proportions. Depending on their orientation, the accommodations benefit from panoramic views of the ski area or the surrounding forest. Most of the resort's slopes converge towards the Mont Rond sector, where the residence is located, which allows you to take a short break at any time before putting your skis back on.

This beautiful site at the foot of the slopes allowed us to imagine how to offer mountain lovers a haven of peace in nature, where all the apartments have a balcony and a beautiful view.

The multiplication of roofs takes up the typology of traditional Savoyard hamlets to integrate into the very characteristic landscape of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe.

Wide and high windows flood the apartments with light and offer a magnificent panorama without vis-à-vis.

The steep slope of the land allows everyone to benefit from the view of the surrounding massifs.

The local stone base and the wooden cladding of the facades recall the eternal materials of the Mountain and the wide overhangs of the roofs protect the balconies and bays from bad weather.

Facing the view of the Grand Paysage, the wellness area extends over a large, entirely glazed area, with treatments, indoor swimming pool, salt cave, manhole, sauna-hammam which communicates with the terrace outdoor whirlpool baths, the “barrel” sauna and the solarium.

Ecology is there, everything is heated with wood pellets and all the parking lots are integrated under the buildings to limit waterproofing of the floors to the strict minimum.
