As a creator of holidays, CGH designs and develops tourist accommodation products in holiday apartment complexes under the brand CGH Résidences and in mountain chalets under the brand Chalets de Cœur. Our group also creates and operates Spa and Beauty Centres under the brand Ô des Cimes.

CGH Résidences & Spas, established in 2004, is an operator-manager run by its shareholder-managers. Innovation, services, high standards and listening to our clients are at the heart of our concerns at CGH Résidences & Spas. They are behind the success and strength of the brand.

Thanks to its experience, CGH has all the skills to support developers at each stage of their projects to set up hotel residences: seeking and selecting the site, analysis, specifications, development, assistance, and marketing.
